Resolved

A redis cluster node was automatically updated as part of an automated process to deploy critical security updates. Unfortunately the failover process was incomplete causing degraded performance for about 3-4 hours overnight. The situation has now been rectified.

Most services including cross-network tagging will have seen some level of impact however offline tag buffers have mitigated most problems.
